This is one of many projects that we have done for Lennox Investments, this time designing two apartments in Holland Green – new residential apartment buildings built by Chelsfield PLC and architects OMA on the site of the former Commonwealth Institute now the Design Museum in Holland Park. OMA is the Rotterdam based architectural practice founded by Rem Koolhaas. Any project associated with Rem tends to come with a fluster of anticipation in Britain. This was no exception. The apartments needed colour and texture, which we gave them. They have incredible views over Holland Park and enormous windows which needed sensitive curtain treatments. Another successful project.
