ABOUT TODHUNTER EARLE

Todhunter Earle has been at the forefront of the international interior design industry for over 25 years. We are one of only a handful of leading designers to have been continuously included in the House & Garden and Country Life Top 100 Interior Designers lists. Our book, Modern English, is published by Vendome Press.

Emily Todhunter founded the company in 1988, with Kate Earle joining as her partner in 1998. Since then the business has expanded rapidly both in size and scope. Projects range from classic English country houses to well-known restaurants, yachts, small boutique hotels, ski chalets and beautiful homes worldwide.

We balance a deep understanding of historic and contemporary architecture with an instinctive feel for modern life, creating interiors that are warm, comfortable and full of character.

The atmosphere in our studio in the heart of The Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour is relaxed and friendly, and our loyal in-house team, headed up by Kate and Emily, delivers complex projects to uncompromising standards.

Despite the demands of an exacting clientele, our team maintains a refreshingly down to earth and positive approach to all challenges, with the result that much of our business is by referral or are new projects for happy clients with whom genuine friendships have been made.
